Question: To the winerds: how long can i keep a bottle of savignon blanc in my refridgerator?

I'm using a bottle- stop and laying it on its side. I like to use it for cooking, so I don't use it all in one go. thanks for your advice!

A day or two. Wine should be used as soon as possible once it is open. However, realistically as long as it still tastes good. Never cook with wine that you wouldn't drink.

3 to 5 days Ultimately depends on how much oxygen is making contact with the wine.
