Question: What would you do with a bottle of fume blanc?

I opened a bottle of fume blanc on Thanksgiving and only poured one glass (mine) as everyone else wanted a red wine. It's been recorked and sitting in the refrigerator ever since Thanksgiving night. I'm assuming it's still good. Besides drinking it (the obvious) what else would you do with it if this was your bottle in your refrigerator? Happy holidays!!

I would make a parmigiana and wild mushroom risotto out of it, yummy

You could probably use it as a mix for a punch for the holidays, just substitute it for something that calls for a wine in it (look online there's some good recipes for punch with sherbet and sprite you could try). It would probably distract from the slight distaste it may have for sitting a little while. :)
