Question: How to describe a cabernet wine with words that will get the customer to buy it?

I am training as a server in a upscale restaurant and I want to sound professional when describing a wine to a customer if the customer asks what do u think about this wine how can i replay?

You will only get yourself in trouble at a real high scale place if you try to BS a real wine person. Otherwise, go with full-bodied, leather, tobacco, stone fruit, and a little oak. If they are clueless they'll believe you. If they know what you are talking about they'll call you on it either way.
