Question: Can an open bottle of red wine ( tightly corked ) make you sick after being stored for 2 weeks?

I opened a bottle of wine a couple of weeks ago and only had one glass. I tightly corked it and put it in a cupboard. I just want to make sure it won't make me sick. It does not smell bad.

I keep corked wine for months, but it's refrigerated
