Question: Is a rose from saumur going to be 100% cabernet franc?

Allowed red grapes for Saumur rouge would be: Cab Franc, Cab Sauv & little known Pineau d'Aunis. It would then be possible for Saumur rose to have other varietals other than Cab Franc.
