Reliable merlot information

Question: We have a bottle of strawberry white merlot from this past christmas?

It hasn't been opened and has stayed in our fridge. would it still be good to drink or should we just throw it away? |

It ages with time if it has been kept in fridge then it will be fine there will be some Settlement but you still can Shake that up and wait a few days or lay it on it's side and turn it once a day for a 2 week's..... That will help make it more drinkable. Wine just get's better with age. |

Unopened wine doesn't spoil.....ever heard of a wine cellar? they keep some bottles for years, and years, and years |

As long as it has not been opened in any way it will be fine. The problem arises once it has been open and sits. Once air gets into the bottle microscopic bacteria gets in and after it sits opened spoilage occurs. |
