Sounds like you're hosting the Executive Christmas party again this year, Mister Squirrel. My classier guests typically guzzle it right out of the paper bag-wrapped bottle.

Thunderbird is served in your finest red wine glass. Night Train is served in your finest white wine glass. Mad Dog is served in your finest merlot glass.

It should be drank straight from the bottle, slightly chilled.

Neither. I prefer to slurp it straight out of the ashtray. That's where it really gets the special kick. Glass? Pphhhht. Amateur.

Mad Dog of any color or flavor should always be served in the bottle while still in the brown paper bag. This is called "keeping the panties on ". And by the way, Blue is a "flavor " of MD and Slurpee in my neighborhood. Side note: If you pass your bottle of MD 20/ 20 to a friend and they wipe off the top of the bottle before they drink, then you can punch them in the face. If you feel like you need to wipe off the top of the bottle when someone hands it to you for a drink, then stop drinking with those people.

Paper cup, Bad Squirrel. (i speak french) Nolte's answer is awesome. Reminds me of a scenario I saw the other day when an "economically and housing challenged " person brought an MD 20/ 20 to the register. Cashier: Paper or plastic? Customer: Huh? Cashier: Paper or plastic? Customer: Paper but I am paying with coins.
