I agree with TorxBit. I like my reds (merlot and cabernet) with a slight chill. Not refrigerator cold, but about 50-60 F.

I serve it at room temp (about 72F) but really you are supposed to serve it at cellar temp (about 55F)

TorxBit is correct. Most people serve wines at 21-22 C (70-72 F), but the "best " temperature is closer to 16 C.
