Question: Which is better yellow tail cabernet sauvignon, merlot or shiraz?

I personally enjoy Yellow Tails Merlot. Its dry, but has a nice oak and earth undertone to it! I cooked once with the Shiraz, and it ruined my dish.

It's a matter of taste. Merlot is usually a touch sweeter than cab. I like merlot. I presume you mean for drinking, not for cooking. For cooking, I use two buck Chuck.
