Idk, but you will have to taste it to find out.

If it's been opened, it's probably not good for drinking after such a time. Generally white wine is okay for a day or so after opening, and red wine a few days (particularly if the air has been pumped out of the bottle with one of those gadgets). Any more than that, I'd give it a miss. (Sorry! What a waste if it was originally a pretty decent wine!) And don't keep it to cook with. If it's not good enough to drink, it's not good enough to cook with. You'd only spoil the food.

I would say, it should be okay to cook with it.

If it smells like vinegar then no

Absolutely not. After the alcohol evaporates, you're looking at a year old bottle of unrefrigerated fruit juice. Trust me, wine can go very very bad!
