I use them to put my home made wines in. So my freshness date is when it is empty, although the storage time is about one year. |

Exactly as long as the date stamped on it, though this is a best before, not a use by |

This is tricky. Usually by the best before date but it will depend on the temperature time line. If you look after the wine then it will last longer. If you open it at a party and then pop it in the car and leave it in the sun and then put it back in the fridge and drink some and then leave it out because you fell asleep on the lounge this is going to affect the quality. If you open it leave it refridgerated and then drink it within a couple of days then all will be good but the hangover will be just as nasty. Wine is fermented so the taste will remain constant until it becomes sour and tastes like vinegar. The plastic bladder will become bloated. Red wine will last longer than white wine. |

Stale tough to say, depends on the quality. I'd give it about a week. |
