Question: Would fermenting wine contain alcohol after 1 week of fermenting?

Wine undergoes 2-3 phases of fermentation before it is available outside and it already contains around 7% of alcohol in it.To Know more about wines I would suggest you to visit Sula and see it for youself.I have been there and it has added value to my knowledge of wines.
