Question: I have one gf (in dubai) she drinks wine and when i kiss and go for a drive will be caught under alchol ?

I have a gf ..please tell me if i kiss (smooch) her bcuz after she has taken alchol .will i be caught under drink and drive act . i stay in dubai where drink and drive act is taken v much seriously. bt she says nothing to worry..its perfectly all right.

Alright what they look for when they 1st pull you over is any smell of alcohol on your breath. unless you gave her the tongue you should have any on you. If you did well they may ask you to do a field sobriety test. but the deal behind this the amount of alcohol in your blood stream. If you didn't drink any and only "kissed " your gf then you shouldn't have any alcohol in your system. so to answer you question no you shouldn't get a dui if you only "kissed " you gf and didn't drink anything.

Well, if you dont get pulled over you should be fine, drive safely, otherwise there is a possibility that alcohol will get into your system, but it won't be very much, it would depend just how strict they are, is it 0.0% i would consider not bothering. and move to a better country pronto
