The only real danger is that tylenol is hard on your liver and so is alcohol...If you don't do it very often, I wouldn't worry.. :-)

I have taken tylenol after a night of drinking to avoid a hang over in the morning. If you haven't had a lot to drink you should be fine.

Usually Tylenol (or paracetomol in other parts of the world) is safe to take with alcohol up to 1000mg, after this point it becomes a little more dangerous, but as long as you're not doing it all the time it should be ok.
