If it is REAL wine, drink up tonight or tomorrow at latest. If it's supermarket or liquor store stock, it's in the right place. That stuff will keep in the fridge forever. Either way, I usually freeze it in small ziploc bags and cook with the leftover wine or make a wine cooler/ smoothie with it. It'll be slushy, blend with fruit and fruit juice. |

It is good for a long long time it can get stronger tasting if not drank right away, i love a good well aged wine that has had time to air out, oh yummie |

I wouldn't let it go more than a few weeks . . even though it has it's cork in it, it was still opened so most it's air tight flavor and alcohol went bye bye all ready |

Im no wine connoisseur; however, I do drink wine. I usually drink mascato... about a glass a night. It the latest I ever saved it was about two weeks with good results. I did save bottle for a little over a month and there was noticeable difference. In a nut shell I would say two weeks at the most. |
